Founder Story
Luz S. Giraldo M. is the Founder and CEO of LGM Consulting Services. Born in Colombia, she grew up across three cities and five distinct regional cultures before building a career that would span two countries, two languages, and decades of cross-cultural leadership.
With over 35 years of experience across technology, nonprofit leadership, and organizational consulting in two countries, Luz has led teams made up of people from many different backgrounds. What she discovered along the way was not about methodology. It was about people.
The tools and frameworks are the same everywhere. How we use them is shaped by who we are, where we come from, and what we have lived. A conversation at work, at church, in a classroom, or in a community meeting can either build connection or create distance, depending on whether the people in the room truly understand each other.
That insight is the foundation of LGM. Not just language. Culture. Not just communication. Understanding. Because when people feel valued, respected, and that they truly belong, teams move forward. Organizations grow. Communities connect.
